 I started to use HeartMath® tools when I started working in cancer care, after noticing the effect of using these tools in my everyday life. Now, almost 20 years later I'm still amazed by the results it gives to my patients and clients. I'm dedicated to supporting and inspiring people to take control of their health and live their desired lives. I do this through courses and workshops focusing on what we as human beings are capable of when we add heart to our lives and the lives of others.
