Shannon Fitzpatrick

I am the Founder+Coach of Outumbra, Llc., a coaching and consulting practice. I specialize in working with individuals and families in preventing burn-out and improving individual and collective well-being. I accumulated a rich and diverse blend of expertise spanning the nonprofit, government, and private sectors over more than two decades. My work has included direct service provision, crisis intervention, team building, and development coaching. I gained much of my experience in the human services, housing, and public health sectors, across the prevention and intervention continuum with demonstrated impacts for individuals, families, communities, and systems. I am dedicated to making our world a better place, helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities develop their strengths and overcome challenges. I am also a passionate coach, advocate, and community builder, integrating lived experiences and community perspectives. In addition to my extensive experience, I completed certification as a HeartMath Coach in early 2019 and have other training and education largely focused on nonprofit administration, coaching, community development, and racial justice.
