About Me
I believe that some of the most meaningful changes begin when we learn to slow down, listen to ourselves, and reconnect with what truly matters to us.
My own experience with HeartMath® has been an important part of this journey. Regular practice of the techniques has helped me become more aware of my emotional responses, support my own self-regulation, and find greater calm and balance, even in the midst of challenging situations.
What I particularly appreciate about these techniques is their simplicity and practicality. Some can be used in just a few minutes, even in the middle of a busy day, while others can be practiced for longer when there is more time for reflection and deeper connection. Simple does not necessarily mean superficial. With regular practice, I have found that these techniques can create profound shifts in how we respond to everyday stress and challenges. With continued practice, they are helping me build a healthier baseline of resilience.
As a HeartMath® Certified Coach, educator, and Certified Graphotherapist, I bring together my professional training and many years of life experience across different countries, cultures, and career transitions., I bring together my professional training and many years of life experience across different countries, cultures, and career transitions. I particularly enjoy working with women who may appear capable and successful on the outside, yet experience self-doubt, overwhelm, stress, or uncertainty about what comes next.
My coaching is not about telling you how to fix your life. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, hear yourself more clearly, explore what may be holding you back, and discover a way forward that feels right for you. Where appropriate, I integrate HeartMath® techniques into the coaching process to support greater emotional awareness, resilience, self-regulation, and inner balance.
The techniques are practical and supported by a substantial body of research. What matters most, however, is discovering what works for you and learning how to bring it into your everyday life.
I encourage my clients to come with curiosity and an openness to practice some of these techniques between sessions. The intention is to build a greater capacity within to meet life's challenges from a more centered and balanced place.
