As a child I was able to connect with animals and people in a way that allowed me to detect subtleties in their energy and communication. You can imagine how uncomfortable this made my friends and family when I wasn't buying their incoherent messages, and how confusing and frustrating it was for me at times! Little did I know that ability would blossom into a passion and be used to help people better understand who they are and how they navigate the world around them. I find animals incredible teachers because what you see and feel is what you get. There is a beauty in the rhythm and flow of nature that resides within us as well. I bring this sense of connectedness and awareness into my sessions and model for my clients how quickly they too can bring coherence into their daily lives. Harmony is the key element and a gentle reminder that we are all connected and everything occurs gently without force.
