Ursula Lamberti Executive Coach and Facilitator
Ursula Lamberti is an executive leadership coach, mediator and corporate communication facilitator. Since 1990, her clients have included multi-million dollar organizations in the entertainment, healthcare and manufacturing industries. She also facilitates communication, team building and conflict resolution workshops.
Ursula holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology, and Bachelor of Social Science (Social Work) Degree. She is a Conversational Intelligence Certified Coach and a HeartMath Certified Trainer. Other qualifications include: Mediation Certification, In-Service Training Certificate, Psycho-Technician Certification and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner Certification. Over a period of twenty years Ursula served as a director and corporate secretary on two manufacturing company Boards.
As an executive leadership coach she uses her skills to support the executive to improve performance by developing and enhancing leadership skills, developing masterful communication skills including the ability to have transformational conversations, enhanced conflict resolution capabilities and increased overall executive presence. She individualizes the process based on the person, their particular needs and the desired business results.
Ursula facilitates numerous communication groups where she incorporates HeartMath and Conversational Intelligence tools and techniques to support individuals manage their stress and conflict and improve their resilience, relationships and connections at work.
Born, raised and educated in South Africa, Ursula has lived permanently in US since 1992. She was raised in an entrepreneurial family and has participated in family businesses from an early age, giving her an inside understanding of the dynamics of running businesses. She enjoys travel and has spent lengthy periods in Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Iceland.
How I use the HeartMath System
I use HeartMath tools and techniques on a daily basis both for myself and with my clients. I incorporate heart focused breathing in my daily meditation practice. I also use the techniques to reduce both my and my clients stress levels and to improve executive presence. These tools support me to be my most resourceful self when in situations that are important to me.
I train my clients to use the tools and techniques to support themselves to better cope with stress, improve their resilience and to increase the trust and communication in their relationships both at work and in their personal lives.
