For greater than 11 years, Vicki has been a Certified Coach and practitioner of HeartMath as well as in a successful coaching business for 12. With HeartMath she coaches both adults and children 10 or older. With children she uses the Smart Brain Wise Heart program. Conscious Business coaching incorporates working with small and mid-sized companies' owners, their management and business development, and sales training. Living life whether at work or home needs to be congruent to your core values so this is used whether in business or life coaching. Worthiness skills which create self-respect, self-compassion, and self-boundaries are emphasized in her coaching. She also does women's retreats helping women find their voice, increase their sense of worthiness, and provide an escape from their never ending "to do" list using compassion and connection. As an RN, she was asked to work with people who have dysautonomia and has found that complex and rewarding as well! Regardless of type coaching utilized, she does it with compassion restoring HOPE!
