My career evolved from pushing a broom around a printing factory to General Manager - New Zealand of a Swiss Global company. Then I transitioned into my own business, which eventually lead me to my new company, Business Energetics Ltd.
My dream is to share my belief that we are all capable of living fulfilling, joyful lives; living as self-empowered, resilient human beings in spite of life’s challenges.
Many today have had experiences that have diminished their quality of life by not having strategies to overcome fear, anxiety & shame and many other limiting beliefs and emotions.
I believe the keys to unlock this paradigm exist within each of us. Scientific research during the last 100 years or so, such as the Neurosciences eg: Neuroplasticity and Neurocardiology, Epigenetics and Quantum Physics all support my belief.
Here in New Zealand, a team of people created what is now recognised globally as one of the most comprehensive studies of human behaviour, known as Dunedin Multidisciplinary Health and Development Study which identified the importance of self-control in a persons life. How self-control impacts on our success in relationships, health & wellbeing, careers and general happiness.
