And that's why personal development of my clients is as important for me, as their business objectives. I support my clients to be able to fully archive their goals and find the satisfaction of life.
I support my organizational clients in developing communication, leadership and team building skills. I am convinced, that our changing world of VUCA stimulate all of us to develop and sustain our inner resilience and strength.
I gained my professional experience as a private entrepreneur, sales and marketing manager, business trainer, executive coach and mentor for leaders and coaches. My professional experience in numbers: over 20 years of work within the corporate environment; over 1000 days of workshops and training; over 1200 h of individual coaching sessions.
I am Professional Certified Coach, ICF member, Senior Coach & Trainer of CoachWise™ Coaching School in Warsaw.
