I am on a lifelong journey of healing my childhood and ancestral wounds and trauma. Discovering the HeartMath Trauma-Sensitive training has felt like finding the missing piece in this journey and has brought me hope for the healing of my own wounds, and those of the people and animals I live and work with.
I LOVE the heart-focused approach which feels to me like the missing piece in all other healing modalities. I am honoured to be able to integrate the HeartMath techniques into my Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching practice.
I support adult women seeker greater authenticity, confidence, self-awareness and a deeper mind/body connection, through interactions with horses who tap into the healing potential of the heart field with great ease and enable us to develop healthier connections and self-esteem.
