For over 28 years, I designed, implemented, and led technology strategy for organizations where complexity and ambiguity were everyday realities. At The Walt Disney Company, I spent 15 years building enterprise SAP and infrastructure capabilities across all business segments, progressing from UNIX systems administration to principal enterprise architecture. At EMC, I served as Principal SAP Strategist, driving HANA TDI strategy and thought leadership. At SAP, I led global Big Data go-to-market across indirect channels. At Amazon Web Services, I spent five years as WW SAP Strategy and GTM Lead, creating programs, mechanisms, and customer relationships that moved SAP workloads to the cloud at scale.
In parallel, I spent 30 years exploring consciousness, inner work, and transformation through the Hoffman Process, Avatar Course, Vision Fasts and rites of passage, Family Constellations, IFS, Gestalt, breathwork, meditation, and dream therapy. HeartMath became a bridge between these two worlds—bringing together the measurable science I respected as a technologist and the heart-centered understanding I was experiencing personally.
When my role at AWS ended during a reorganization, these coherence practices became central to navigating my own transition from professional identity to purposeful reinvention. That experience informs how I now support others facing significant change.
My work combines the rigor of enterprise leadership with three decades of personally experienced inner work. HeartMath provides the scientific foundation connecting the two—offering practices that speak to both the boardroom and the inner life.
I am also the founder of Sacred Masculine Path, a distinct men's coaching practice supporting men in reconnecting with emotional truth, presence, and inner sovereignty.
In addition to my work as a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, I produce EVAA SPEAKS, live experiential events exploring intuition, expanded awareness, human connection, and inner knowing. Upcoming events are published at EVAASpeaksEvents.com.
