While building a successful carrier as an architect I realised the importance of developing a deep understanding of our emotional intelligence and our inner self works. So I embarked into a second stage of training education and certification acquiring in the field of self-awareness, spiritual development and life coaching. I now combine both fields of knowledge into a balanced coaching approach helping people to experience an optimum life reality in which they flourish personally, emotionally and spiritually, using life’s obstacles as the basis for their development. 
I also enjoy presenting HeartMath and Resillience Advantage to large audiences.
