Dana has spent her career as a movement educator and bodyworker guiding others toward healthier, more vibrant ways of moving and living. She has taught and studied movement, bodywork, rehabilitation and coaching broadly over the past 23 years while working directly with patients, clients, and students full-time in a variety of settings. She knows without a doubt that an attitude of curiosity combined with persistent daily practice/play can change lives.
