Dana Burkholder is a HeartMath Resilience Advantage Certified Trainer and a long-time Director, Coach and Athlete. Dana was a 2x 1st Team All-American setter at the University of Arizona and most recently owned and Directed Forza1 Volleyball Club in Southern California. She has been working successfully with athletes for more than two decades and she is passionate about re-designing the eco system of sports teams and organizations. Dana is experienced and skilled in the nuisances of player and team development and is an expert in customer experience.
Dana has greatly diversified her approach to sports by studying other fields of information and transforming traditional concepts of player development. As a long-time Director, Dana has a unique perspective of the youth sports industry and its impact on individuals and the community. New methodologies and holistic player development is key to creating successful teams in any organization and Dana sees tremendous value in bringing HeartMath Resilience Advantage training to this arena. Dana is passionate about the role athletes will play in the emerging global and social future and her goal is to contribute heart awareness and education to this community.
Dana's skill set is wide ranging having experience in business and organizational management as well as athletics at the youth, collegiate and professional level. Dana currently focuses her efforts on working with youth, collegiate, and professional sports teams. She also works with Athletic Departments and Athletic Trainers.
In the business sector, Dana helps leaders formulate strategies that will improve resonance throughout their organization and teams. Her delivery is dynamic, enthusiastic and experiential.
