My work is grounded in the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, physiology, and automatic patterns are deeply interconnected. I’m particularly interested in helping people navigate experiences where they may intellectually know they are safe or have made the right decision, but their nervous system continues to respond with anxiety, fear, or uncertainty.
I specialize in supporting people through the emotional side of plastic surgery, from the decision-making process and pre-operative anxiety through recovery and adjustment to changes in self-image. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person, combining hypnotherapy with HeartMath® and other evidence-informed techniques to help clients feel more grounded and better able to navigate their experience with greater confidence and self-trust.
