My own impassioned journey through exploring the deep truths of life has led me to some great teachers and modalities, including HeartMath, through the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Gregg Braden. I am an enthusiastic life long learner. I choose a lifestyle of homeopathics, daily meditation, organic healthy eating and exercise. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and have owned and operated successful businesses. I love to work with entrepreneurs to help them manage stress and energy drains that can come from being pulled in many different directions. They learn how to self regulate, make intuitive decisions and communicate from the heart. I also enjoy working with those who are on their own spiritual journey and want to learn techniques and tools to deepen their heart connection with something greater and ascend to new levels of awareness as they manage their every day energy states.
As a HeartMath coach, I hold a safe space for clients to share their goals, dreams and challenges. They will learn how to cultivate resilience through managing stress and develop a deeper heart connection with themselves and those around them.
