I am an Upledger Techniques-Certified CranioSacral Therapist and licensed massage therapist in Boise, ID, and have had a private practice since 2003. I became a HeartMath Certified Coach to teach my clients self-care tools to help them manage their anxiety and chronic pain. Personally I use the HeartMath techniques for my own well-being and to be in a coherent place for my clients. I am awed, inspired and humbled by our innate ability to re-wire our brains and re-direct our energies with a calm breath and appreciative heart.
