Elaine Sanders

Elaine is a down-to-earth and heartfelt country girl who genuinely cares about empowering people to become the best version of themselves. She believes that the health and well-being of her clients is not only physical, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual. As such, she combines her knowledge of Western medicine with HeartMath’s cutting edge heart-based practices, as well as positive psychology, and the enneagram. She coaches her clients in the office, on line, and also in the arena with her horses, with equine-partnered experiential learning. Besides being a certified HeartMath Coach, Elaine has a degree in Nursing, as well as a certifications in Life Coaching and Equine-Partnered Coaching. She is also a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. Elaine’s wisdom, non-judgementalism, and light-heartedness make each session not only educational and empowering, but also enjoyable.
