I assist individuals/organizations to transform downward spirals into resilient heart-based upward spirals, resulting in more sustainable, thriving outcomes. Clients rediscover keys and inner resources to navigate through experienced challenges and stress. Together, we prepare the ground for inner transformation, using a holistic, narrative coaching approach, and by cultivating mindfulness, self-awareness and self-regulation to create fertile ground for a new story/experience to emerge.

After experiencing a period of radical change (divorce/closure of my professional activity), in the midst of this wreckage, feeling alone, hurt and afraid, HeartMath’s name appeared often on my radar. I visited their site, experimented regularly with their proposals and realized a noticeable inner shift, and outer mirroring. I heard my calling and I responded.
I became a HeartMath Coach/Mentor in 2013 and then a Certified Trainer in 2014. As a labor of love, and because I bear witness that using their simple tools and techniques results in reaping a priceless inner balance and an extraordinary experiential impact in a positive +❤️ way, I translated into French their flagship client booklets and presentation slides for Resilience Advantage and Building Personal Resilience. I am grateful and happy that I have the ability to respond (responsibility) to situations and circumstances in my life. A coherent resonance with who I am and my values.
I feel these techniques should be mandatory within scholastic curricula worldwide. Parents should also learn them, as we cannot give to our children what we do not have/own. The Earth and all inhabitants need heart-based living now!
