The HeartMath Coherence techniques are so accessible, simple, and effective. As a meditator for over 15 years, I discovered HeartMath when I was a research participant in a study on the effects of meditation on heart-brain coherence. The techniques and biofeedback technology have been transformational for the depth of my own practice. I am so excited to incorporate HeartMath with my patients, as it allows for me to incorporate the essential aspects of emotional, mental, and heart-centered healing into my integrative practice.
In my clinical Physical Therapy practice, I utilize Frequency Specific Microcurrent and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapies to help my clients resolve chronic, longstanding pain issues. These therapies coupled with HeartMath enable me to address and enhance all aspects of my clients' healing journeys.
