Jim has retired from the fire service after 35 years' service, 24 years of which were as a fire chief in 4 Canadian cities. He is now teaching for the Justice Institute of British Columbia as well as providing private consulting services in the area of Emotional Intelligence, Communications and Leadership.
Jim recently became a certified instructor for HeartMath and is applying these new skills to upcoming workshops and private coaching sessions.
