Our sanctuary for horses was established here at Serenity Farm in 2010 offering horses a place for rest and renewal. After completing training as HeartMath Coach/mentor and becoming an Accredited Facilitator of – ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS invitational approach™ I established my EFL practice 'Horses and You - The Art of Connection in 2019 as a way to offer humans a place of rest and renewal. I advocate for giving horses a voice as sentient beings and everything is by invitation. My work is informed by the foundational principles of Woman-Centered Coaching and designed to focus on unlocking higher potentials. While transformational in nature, is not a substitute for psychotherapy, health care, or medical advice. I am a woman who cares deeply about reconnecting horses and humans to the hidden aspects of themselves by creating safe spaces that invite meaningful connections by cultivating curiosity, creativity, and playfulness as a container for renewal, growth and transformation. My long term career was in engineering, skills, and change management. This background, professional training, and lived experiences led me to work with women feeling a disconnect with self or others, a feeling of something missing or maybe not yet started. I partner with women wanting to take time away from their everyday thinking to explore ways of reconnecting to themselves by cultivating curiosity, creativity, and playfulness as a container for renewal, growth and transformation.
