In 2011, I joined CORENTE, an institute with the social mission of spreading the HeartMath® System in Mexico with the goal of generating greater levels of social coherence that would lead to an increase in heart-focused leadership, and quality of life.
Being a BBA, I focus on bringing wellness to companies and professionals -who suffer from stress and lack of balance- through the integration of the HeartMath System. What I value most about this approach on a personal and professional level are 2 things. 1 its simple-complexity, which may sound contradictory, but for me it means that it is easy to understand and integrate in life, but complex and rich in research, development and validation. This makes it teachable and useful for anyone. 2. That when well applied, it becomes more than a practice, it´s a lifestyle that permeates the person and its environment with the countless benefits of living in balance, coherence and resilience.
