I am an environmental scientist, a hypnotherapist, and founder of the Source Mind Foundation. I have a M.S. in environmental science and work for an international consulting firm primarily on disaster recovery projects in the US. I also have a hypnotherapy practice in Austin, Texas and work with clients one-on-one to help them achieve emotional and mental balance and empowerment using HeartMath techniques/technology, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, and reiki.
I have established a foundation, Source Mind Foundation, to take the HeartMath techniques/technology into Austin-area schools, working with teachers, administrators, students and parents.
Personally I have had a long-standing interest in the mind-body connection, starting with regular meditation, using binaural beats and working with other modalities as a pre-teen. My interest stemmed from a desire to resolve my own health issues since birth, develop my abilities and be of service to others.
I have lived all over the world but Austin, Texas is now my home where I live with my two children.
