I am a certified professional coach that specializes in both life and professional coaching. I received my CPC in 2015 from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). I am accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I coach in both the personal and corporate settings and love to help others manage their personal stress levels. I do this with my coaching tools and also with HeartMath. I am also certified in two assessments that help create the awareness necessary for individuals to thrive in the coaching process.
