I have worked with the HeartMath Institute since 2007. While in Grad school, I discovered these wonderful folks while designing my research study for our State women's prison on emotional intelligence. The results of using the HeartMath training and technology for the women in our study as the main modality were amazing. I have continued to coach and train using the HeartMath ever since. I love watching how the healing and integrative power of coherence and its application help many people.
