My name is Maria Vasconcelos, and I have a degree in Psychology.
Since I was young I felt a deep need to know the mysteries of the mind, which led me to Psychology where I went deep into the study of the complexity that is the Human being.
Later I expanded my knowledge by graduating as a Master Coach and Holistic Therapist, where I learned that true well-being goes beyond the mental; it involves the body, mind and spirit.
Over the years I have witnessed the struggle of some people facing chronic and debilitating illnesses. I saw how these diseases not only affect the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual balance of each individual.
I firmly believe in the deep connection between the body, mind and spirit.
For me, true healing is only possible when we address all of these areas in a holistic. It's not just about treating the visible symptoms, it's about exploring the roots deep-seated emotions and beliefs that shape our experience of life.
I am very proud to be a student at the Heartmath Institute.
The training gave me all this knowledge and tools to use, and I feel much better prepared to help my clients to overcome trauma and live a healthier and happier life.
