Michael Soto is the founder of BAVOY Mental Health Counseling PLLC. He is a Mental Health Counselor, a Fireman, and a former Marine. He’s been a keynote speaker at marriage conferences, helping couples overcome emotional disengagement, and increase relationship satisfaction using the Gottman Method.
Michael is a certified trauma professional with a passion to help people manage their fears and anxieties, increase mental toughness and emotional resiliency. His approach incorporates, research, stories, humor, visual words, and practical application. My goal is to help people become the best adult versions of themselves.
