Hello, first of all, I am a speech therapist, sophro-relaxologist and art therapist and I have been working in the paramedical field since 1988 in France. My passion is to help make people happy and healthy by any means at my disposal!
I knew the HeartMath institute through Gregg Braden, because I am interested in quantum physics and all its consequences on individual and global consciousness. I have been focusing on joy for a long time, first because it's an emotion that saved me from depression. I was doing cardiac coherence without knowing it! Now, for me, the techniques and especially the HeartMath tools allow me to refine my knowledge and my practice to go even further. It is very useful to "see" my heart. This prompted me, for example, to do more cardio exercises. I am 57 years old and this encourages me to continue to take care of my wonderful heart. I love the idea of being part of this beautiful movement around the heart and of sharing how I rediscovered my “joie de vivre” (living with joy), and living beautiful relationships with myself and others, like my son.
