My name is Nikolaos Magalios and I am working as a Personal Development Trainer in Athens and Crete (Heraklion), using deep relaxation, peak performance training and emotional release techniques.
In 2003, I founded the Laboratory of Psychophysiological Training in Athens, believing that through healing, self-knowledge, and body & psychic training, we can release our emotional distress and reveal our true self.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and in Social Sciences with α concentration in Psychology.
I am a certified HeartMath Practitioner [HeartMath® Interventions Certification Program for Health Professionals (HMIP)] and a certified HeartMath Trainer [HeartMath Certified Trainer Program (HMTP)].
I have trained by Professor J. Faber M.D., Ph.D. in Neurology, J. Tyl Ph.D. in Psychology and V. Tylova Ph. D., in EEG Biofeedback (Neurofeedback).
I have also trained by David Shepard in Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time-Line Therapy and by Andreij Slawinski in the creation of personalized Brainwave Training CDs.
Also, I have trained as a paramedic by the Greek Red Cross (Samaritan).
Finally, I am the director of NGO "A Dream for Greece" and a member of the Social Cooperative Company "Melitakes".
