I partner with individual clients to explore challenges of major life transitions, which often involve anxiety, anger, grief, or depression. My approach is integrative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on client-oriented goals and collaboration.  With a diverse background in family law and employment/management consultation, I'm able to provide additional context and practical guidance. Trained in the treatment of trauma and Critical Incident Stress Management, I've conducted group sessions with academic staff, first responders, and corporate personnel. In addition, I've presented a variety of wellness and communication workshops in both academic and corporate settings.
