Paul Klein

Paul Klein currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Steep Hill Labs in Berkeley, California. Steep Hill is the world’s leading cannabis science and technology company, a trailblazer in lab testing, research and development, licensing, genetics, and remote testing with a progressive outlook on the ways a company’s corporate culture can impact its long-term success. His passion lies in the transformation and evolution of traditional corporate culture through conscious decision-making, both individually and collectively.

Prior to his work at Steep Hill, Paul was a founding partner of Illuminated Pathways BV, an internationally-operating company which facilitates the evolution of traditional corporate culture through Corporate Cognizance™, a concept which creates a unified workplace by bringing together shared singular perceptions (the collective consciousness) with a shared frame of reference (core values). Paul has also worked internationally as a consultant and field facilitator, with primary expertise in organizational development, cultural transformation, and leadership development. 

Paul is certified and registered with Barrett Values Centre®, a global consultation firm providing powerful diagnostic instruments to support the growth and development of organizations, leaders, societies and schools through the proprietary Cultural Transformation Tools® program. 

Paul is also the founder of FinanZen, a Netherlands-based financial services company delivering personal value to its clients through open communication and transparency in financial dealings. Paul has nearly two decades worth of experience in financial services, and has provided valuable guidance to numerous companies and individuals over the course of his career.
