I graduated in Clinical Psychology and Counseling in 2005. In 2013 I completed my master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Health and in 2017 my PhD in Psychology, both in the area of stress, anxiety and intervention with biofeedback.
With almost 20 years of experience, I have worked in several contexts that contributed to enhancing my specialization in mood and anxiety disorders.
I consider myself a person who likes a good dose of humour. I enjoy music, theatre, and the company of a good book whenever possible.
