I utilize Heart Coherence techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress management, and mindfulness techniques while assisting you in creating increased self-awareness to facilitate positive change. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma though my experience extends to several other areas of mental/behavioral health treatment. I provide a safe space to share your experience and assist you in creating goals that feel right to you. I accept private pay and some insurance.
