About Stacey

I offer coaching, consulting, custom workshops, and presentations. I work with companies and organizations to create an environment that promotes resilience, innovation, cooperation, effective communication, and quality by motivating and inspiring employees. I also work with individuals to inspire and assist each client toward personal leadership, vision, resiliency, wellness, and other aspirations.

Board Certified Coach and credentialed ACC by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a HeartMath® Certified Coach/Trainer/Stress and Wellbeing Assessment Provider, a Newfield Network Certified Coach (NCC), and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Certificate in Inspired Leadership from Case Western Reserve University and in Coaching for Managers from the University of California, Davis. Trained by Judith Glaser to become a Conversational Intelligence Enhanced Practitioner. I have the following training for manufacturing clients: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949: 2016 - Understanding Standards and Auditing and am a certified Master Project Manager® and will soon complete my project and become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Master’s level certifications: Marketing Strategy from Cornell, Entrepreneurship from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and a BS in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Lander University. 

Volunteer for One to One Coaching as a coach and coach lead and serve on the Newfield Network Alumni Committee. 

How I use the HeartMath System

I love teaching HeartMath to my clients and hearing about the wonderful benefits they experience. I use HeartMath in the morning, before bed, and throughout the day to build and maintain my resilience.
