I am a board-certified clinical pharmacist working in chronic disease management. After discovering the benefits of HeartMath for my own personal resilience and emotional regulation, I started noticing the connections between chronic stress and widespread chronic disease. I felt drawn to incorporate HeartMath into my clinical practice. I currently work with Veterans.
