I am a Board Certified Coach , Certified Master Neuroplastician & EMCC Global Sr. Practitioner. Committed to deepening leadership skills and driving measurable success, I have a proven track record of creating and implementing impactful programs. As the founder of a management consulting firm and the Managing4Results certification program, I specialize in developing supervisors, managers, and leaders into effective coaches. Recognizing the unique challenges of each executive leader, I guide them in clarifying and achieving their growth goals. My coaching expertise spans leadership development, smooth transitions, and succession management. Recognized for excellence by ATD and NACO, I have also taught in the ICF-approved Coaching for Organizational Excellence Certificate at San Diego State University. I derive immense satisfaction from leveraging my expertise to enhance leaders' emotional intelligence, interpersonal savvy, and political acumen across all levels. Co-author of the book "Conversational Intelligence@Work," available on Amazon, I bring a collaborative approach to addressing the expansive ways of incorporating C-IQ. This work reflects a collective expression of individual expertise, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the transformative power of conversational intelligence in the workplace. In addition, I have volunteered with The Honor Foundation since 2016, providing coaching to Special Operation Forces transitioning out of the military.
