I began this journey because I realized that connecting to our heart is the most powerful tool we have and is frequently overlooked or unknown. I love empowering individuals to maximize their potential by utilizing this HEART that we all have within us.
This life path was of utmost importance to me as a mother, wife, and business owner. I have had to learn emotional management in order to model positive productive skills.
Since 2005, I have been a Certified Life Coach. The work that I do has been enhanced through my certifications as a trainer and coach/mentor from the Institute of HeartMath. I am grateful to be a presenter and speaker in addition to being a facilitator for the HeartMath Certified Training Program.
Opportunities have presented themselves nationally and internationally where I have trained Physicians, Neuroscientists, Professors, Physical Therapists, School Administrators, First Responders and individuals from preschool through 85 years of age.
