I aim to help people turn challenges into opportunities. I am a licensed occupational therapist in Colorado with a private practice called Bright Balanced Therapy. I work with people of all ages in the hospital setting, home health, and in mobile private practice (at home, nature/great outdoors, and virtual). I use HeartMath protocols to help students, patients, carepartners, and parents connect with the best version of themselves so they can do what makes life meaningful to them.
